Setting up

Business decisions have an impact on the short, medium and long term success of a company. With accessible data, companies are able to make informed decisions.

Measurement criteria

The measurement criteria are established according to the indicators and are used to take corrective action when necessary.

There are 3 levels:

1) Maximum

The maximum level indicates that the criteria is too high.

2) Optimal

The optimal level indicates that the criterion is ideal.

3) Minimum

The minimum level indicates that the criterion is too low.

These levels will serve as indicators. Corrective actions should be planned to take appropriate corrective actions when the criterion is at its maximum or minimum.
