Limited users represent the proportion of individuals with limited access to the software.
To do this, it is necessary to know the exact functionalities necessary for the user.

Here are the 5 possible features for each softwares:

  2. Addition (Ability to create new registration)
  3. Editing (Ability to modify listing information)

  5. Reports (Ability to get summaries on the subject and understand more with graphs)
    1. Some reports are only accessible for managers

**After 5 features used on the same software, it is recommended to become a manager access for the same price.**

If you want to give access only to the “timesheet” time stamp included in the “project management” software, this is a limited user.

Manager users

Manager users represent the proportion of individuals with full access to a software.
So they have access to all the features (Reading, Adding, Editing, Deleting and reports), but also to all the additional features.

The more softwares you have access to, the more features you will have that can be used together.
For example, the inventory can be used directly on a project’s sales, purchases, and tasks.

Administrator users

Administrator users represent the proportion of individuals with access to all softwares in the PHPReaction suite.

In addition, they have access to the configurations of their platform.

This is the most advantageous subscription in terms of savings. The monthly usage price remains the same for both 5 softwares and all softwares (11).

These users are mostly the owners of the company or its managers.
